If you're interested in claiming an accessible toilet key, start by applying here and attaching the requested details. Please Note:

If donating to receive a key:

- The suggested donation is £5 per key.

- You will be provided a link to donate after you have submitted the application

- Make sure your details are correct so we can match your donation and application form

If requesting a free key:

- Write N/A in the 'donation amount' section

- Ignore any donation links

- Attach a letter from the last 12 months that confirms you are in receipt of DWP payments

or

- Attach a written referral from one of our trusted partners

 All files will be deleted immediately once verified. We don't keep any of your paperwork.
