We are excited to announce that in 2026 we are aiming to launch a social housing scheme for trans and gender-diverse people that we hope will become a reliable and respected resource within the inclusive community. Our aim to provide safe, inclusive households that enable residents to reduce outgoings to gain financial stability, fund transition without compromising quality of life, and experience less social isolation.
Our first property will be located in South-West Scotland, within commuting distance to Glasgow, on a reliable train service. Perfect for remote workers, professionals looking to relocate, and unemployed people in receipt of Housing Allowance. We will be accepting applications from any UK Citizen who meets the criteria for assistance in accordance with the organisations aims.
Please note: All information is projected and is subject to change. We will share updated information in accordance with developments.
We have created this unique initiative by partnering with property investors to manage their properties, as well as taking cash investments from public individuals in return for a respectable ROI, to purchase our own properties.
This unique approach allows everyone to benefit, with any excess generated going into the pot to purchase further properties and fund Esse House UK's wider aims and activities.
We will soon have some budget-friendly, safe and community-owned social housing available for occupation by trans and/or non-binary individuals looking for an affordable and inclusive place to call home.
