Shared housing can be daunting for gender diverse people. To help ensure a safe home environment for the community, we are building a database of trans-friendly rooms to rent in the UK. 

Rented rooms must be all bills inclusive in the proposed rent and prospective landlords must sign up to our Inclusivity Pledge.

Independent living is the end goal for many of our members, who are invariably looking for studio or 1 bed apartments for a year or longer.

We offer a guaranteed and fair rent in return for the right to manage the property, and are currently seeking properties in locations across the UK on long term leases, on a rent to rent basis.

Our current safehouse is regularly at capacity, so we are urgently seeking properties with 2 or more bedrooms to provide more emergency housing.

We are also particularly keen to hear about larger properties capable of being divided on a HMO basis.

We offer the a fair market rent for the right to manage the property.

We have big plans to open multiple social enterprises - from hospitality and entertainment, to catering and retail. We are actively seeking locations: could yours be the one we are looking for?

We have rural and agricultural ventures that are always seeking to expand, so whether you have a couple of acres of grazing, an empty barn or outbuilding, or a whole farm: We want to hear about it!
