We only do stunning locations. From secret sandy coves, to riverside glens - we leverage our local contacts and pride ourselves on finding amazing, scenic camping sites you might otherwise never have discovered.
We provide a simple but nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner to all attendees and guests, with gluten-free, lacto-free, vegan and vegetarian all being catered for via advance meal choice forms. Drinking water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate available.
We lay on a whole range of activities, from badminton tournaments to wild-swimming, guided hikes to rubber duck races! There is something for everyone, with no pressure to take part - just kick back and relax if you so wish.
While facilities vary between locations, as a bare minimum we would have sit down composting toilet, hot water shower tent, campfire, hot water on demand, communal marquee, electrical re-charging... It's wild-camping, but not as you might be imagining it.
We have had someone do a whole weekend on one pair of shorts, a t-shirt, a tent and a sleeping bag - but we don't recommend it! A minimum equipment list can be found on each event page. Pay attention as the list may change from location to location.
Nothing. Nada. None. You just have to be a verifiable member of the trans or non-binary community, be able to afford the travel costs, and make the journey there and back. There's no catch. Just community-led and community-funded opportunity.
We are heading to Oban to hold an EsseCamp during the local pride celebrations.
