To attend this EsseCamp you must be over 18. . There are no fires permitted other than the communal campfire. Do not touch the campfire unless instructed to by a camp leader. If you want to prepare your own food separately, please use gas cookers/heaters rather than open fires. Activities are not obligatory - join in with whatever you fancy.  Your +1 is envisioned to be a close friend, partner, etc - they must also fill out the application form. Applying doesn't guarantee attendance, and we run due diligence and verification on all applicants for the safety of everyone in attendance. Exact camp locations will only be shared with confirmed guests.

You will likely survive the weekend if you just turn up in shorts and sandals, but we would rather not risk it. As a bare minimum, all attendees are advised to bring:

• Tent/Vehicle
• Sleeping bag
• Rechargeable Torch
• A vessel suitable for hot drinks
• Plate/bowl and eating utensils
• Snacks and water bottle
• Towel and hygiene products
• Personal medications
• Suitable clothing and footwear
• All necessary travel tickets
